Swapping out XTR crank set

You should take it back to the shop you bought it from and swap out the
parts for what you want.

The only thing that would definitely give you those things is a road
crankset. I've seen it before on racing mountain bikes. Q is always
narrower with road cranks (chainstay clearance may be an issue), and you
can save some weight depending on the crank in question. I was just
looking at the FSA site, and they have an impressive line right now. Q-
factor numbers and weights are given.
