Hi guys,
Pretty new to cycling and wondered if anyone here can advise what kind of oil/lubrication I should use on my mountain bike suspension forks. Not sure what kind of oil to use?

Thanks alfeng - now why didn't I think of that!! Says to use Teflon oil....off to go and find some now!
