[font=Times New Roman]The cold and flue season is fast approching, and I recall reading the people are most susceptible to germs for up to 30 min. after a hard workout. I guess this means I should stay off the subway in the morning for 30-40min after a morning training session.[/font]

Me. I won't go out in the rain. I'd rather ride a trainer or lift weights or sit on my bum and watch TV. Too many idiots out there driving cars to play "guess who's got the bad wiper blades" for me.

Yes it's correct. That's when you're also supposed to ingest carbs to help keep the immune system healthy and strong.
