  1. Hi - I'm in training for my first triathlon and have learned that I
have predislocation syndrome where my second toe is lifting up and
will eventually partially dislocate and float over top on my big toe.
The doctor has said that I will need surgery involving tendon transfer
and possible fusing of the first (top) joint.

I'd love to keep up with this sport post surgery, but worry about how
it'll be running. Has anyone here had this surgery and what have your
    experiences running have been afterwards?

    Thanks in advance

    mj

  2. Just tape it, surgerys for suckers.
