Hello i like to race road bikes and mountain bikes. in my off season i was mainly doing a bulk weight training program in which in my diet i used protein shakes, creatine and some glutamine.
Would taking lots of protein or creatine help at all for cycling races? Whats the best diet source of food to relie on? is eating lots of carbs and complex carbs the key to winning in biking? thank you

Creatine is great for bodybuilding but it does absolutely nothing for endurance sports such as cycling and running. Protein could certainly help after cycling.
