  1. I wondering if anyone has found any EXCELLENT endurance improving
    supplements.

I have found a lack of improvment, a steady plateau of achievment and I need
    that extra step.

I have just begun (today) taking Hemoplex and Coenzyme Q10. Hoping for
    results.

Any ideas (legal) would be appreciated.

    thanks

    Brian

  2. I have been using Endurox after heavy workouts, and I find the
performance enhancement to be satisfactory, given the ingredients
(vitamins, minerals, etc) I don't know if Creatine would be good for
tri, as I understand it, it is good for anaerobic activity, maybe I'm
    wrong.

  3. Eat well and train longer. You endurance is a reflection of your training
time and quality. Don't look for magic pills.

One great supp. I have found is called "Recover" - my coach told me
    about it.
    Check it out at "http://www.nvo.com/sportquestdir/products/skudetail.nhtml?uid=1200"-
This is the first season that I have been taking it, and I have really
noticed a difference - feeling much better after long woukouts. The
only problemm is that the pills are pretty big, and you take 9 a day
    (pre/post workout and before bed).
A bunch of pros use it, and for me it has been great - it is just
    amino chains; all natural.
