Yesterday was particularly good; after thirty miles I'd fully warmed up, and I was laying it down - 52/14 comfortably sustained, rather than sprinted or pushed, for the last seven or so miles. I've taken the computer off, but it felt like 26/27 mph and it felt *good*.

You are David Millar or you spin rather slowly!
Felt like about 90. I've got a cadence monitor on the trainer, so I'm fairly accurate.
