Went for a spin today with my brother, "short and easy 50 miles" he said.
And it was, kind of, 50 miles around the quiet lanes of Delamere Forest,
lots of undulations, and through having a Big Brother got a free meal out
of it as well. Except that I forgot to add in the 15 miles to his house in
the morning, and fifteen back again in the afternoon. Easy 50 miles became
quite tiring 80 miles. New personal best speed for a long distance, on top
of yesterday's zoom. And perfect weather too, before the rain comes back
next week. For now I'm happy :o))
