I've got a big head (urc chorus: yes we know!) and find the Assos one
size fit nicely. Bit more expensive than the regular ones but then I
have the same problems as you with regular ones.

I had three occasions this week during cycling trips to regret my
decision not to wear a helmet. Twice on the Lymington-IoW ferry I
banged my head on deck on an iron girder while travelling over for a
quick off-road ride on the IoW and on Friday, leaving an office in
Cambridge carrying my Brompton I hit my head on a door frame. I really
must get a polystyrene hat for wearing when I'm off the bike.
