I recently decided to build another winter bike.. I picked up an old Mesa runner by Schwinn 18 speed.
So I wanted to hear your opinions on what would be a good way to make this a winter rider... lotsa a snow and ice here in the winter... I have 1000 dollars to modify or rebuild this bike. So lets hear what you all would do ! I already sand blasted the frame and put 3 coats of primer and 4 coats of black paint on it 2 coats clear.. Now I want to hear from all of you on where to go with it Thanks Peace
