I want to use a colon tube to have "deeper" enemas to
promote my colon health. I now use the normal enema tip and
it seems to work well but I want to go to the next level and
get the fluid in deeper. I am having trouble putting my
colon tube of 1/4 inch diameter more than 6-7 inches. I have
researched this and I should be able to put it in between 36
to 50 inches. Does anyone have any experience to share with
me? Has anyone been able to achieve what I have read? Could
you please help? Thank you. Jenil.

How do you figure this is going to help your colon health?
Have you ever heard of people becoming dependent upon
enema's and laxatives after awhile? Not to mention you risk
perforating your bowel. It would seem far more beneficial to
you and your colon to increase your daily fiber intake and
drink plenty of water. What you describe is dangerous and
not worth what it may ultimately cost you."jenil" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
