Suggestions for a new frame?

Can't help you with frame suggestions, but with regard to fit, you might find some of the online fit calculators such as the ones at www.competitivecyclist.com and www.wrenchscience.com will give you a better idea of what kind of geometry you're looking for.

Buying a frame that way is a good way to get hosed. Frames are also maeasured 3 different ways, and all 64s ae not the same,and Toptube length is as important or more so than nominal frame size.
