  1. Alright, I know that during the induction phase sugar is strictly
prohibited. What I don't know is what that means exactly! Is it if
any form of sugar appears in the ingredients? Or does it mean that the
carbs from sugar on the nutritional label should read zero? I only ask
because there are a few approved food items for the induction phase
that have a few sugar grams listed under the carb count. One of those
is cream cheese. There are 1 to 2 grams of sugars from Carbs listed on
the nutritional label of every cream cheese that I've looked at. Also,
every Atkins brand shake has sugars from Carbs listed as well but those
are recommended during induction as well. I am just confused about
this so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Thanks!!
