  1. I fail to say the difference between most sugar free foods and most
    low-carb foods. They both contain dietary fiber and sugar alcohols to
    subtract from total carbohydrate. And most of the time they're
    cheaper.

  2. Many sugar free foods are not carb free or even low carb.

    Many have flour, rice, and other starches.

    I don't agree. Read your labels. Sugar free means NO SUGAR... but like the
    SF cookies, may contain 20 carbs of starch per each one.
