For those of you who might get sick in the coming seasons with the cold or
flu, I would recommend using Tussin or Tuccin I can't remmeber how it's
spelled but it's a sugar free cough medication/syrup. Has had no affect on
low carbing for me at all. Just thought I would mention it.

artificial sweeteners. Regardless of the product used, the level of sweetening
is so high as to be revolting.I recently took a prescription medication for a cough. It's called Tessalon
Perls, which are small pills. They didn't make me drowsy and they stopped the
cough. The first day I took them I was ravenous, but after that my appetite
returned to normal. (I was miserably sick, so I would have continued to take
them even if I'd stayed hungry.)Daria
