  1. Sugar-Free Condensed Milk

    1/2 cup water.
1-1/4 cups instant non-fat dry milk.
    1 cup Splenda.
    1 tsp. Vanilla flavoring.
    6 sugar-free caramel candy chews.
    8 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.

Heat water in measuring cup in microwave to just before a boil. Melt
caramel chews in a small bowl in microwave. Add melted caramel to the hot
water and stir constantly until well blended. Add powdered milk and stir.
Add Splenda and vanilla and continue stirring until no lumps. Spray with
butter spray. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours; mixture will thicken and
be ready for use in your favorite recipes.
