  1. Amanda Craddock and Phil Jones are currently compiling a book of
success stories about people who during their lives have sought help
and inspiration through books, seminars, coaches, mentors etc. in order
to achieve their goals. The degree of success may vary and we are open
to including all stories that in some way have had a positive outcome.

We would love to hear about your story no matter how small. This could
include anything from stopping biting your fingernails to improved
health and relationships or business, sporting and financial success.

Our book is designed to inspire and encourage others through your real
life experiences so that they too can realise their dreams and enjoy
the same sorts of successes you have.

To contribute please visit www.spreadthesuccess.com, answer a few
simple questions and we will contact you about an interview. (Just for
doing this you will receive a free eBook and be entered in the draw to
    win $600 of success products!).

Share your story and spread the success!

Thank you and have an outstanding day!

    Amanda and Phil

Damn. And I was planning on moving to the states just to be able to
cut some decent deals on a set of Kettleballs.

Best deals used to be in Siberia. And the best part - you'd be
    smelting them yourself!

Yes, with the emphasis on "used to be". Nowadays the "chief Smelter" has
moved to the states I've heard and brought his business err.. comrades
    along.

BTW, what is the Russian word for what Americans call the "Russian
    Mafia"?

It sounds almost the same - "russkaya mafiya".

Thanks. I was a little concerned that you might type Cyrillic
    letters.

The same as the word for Israelis?

An extraordinarily difficult feat, as it turns out.

Has anyone here ever known anyone who chewed their nails obsessively
and then stopped, for real, long term?

I wouldn't say I chewed my nails obsessively, but I rarely needed to
use clippers to cut my nails.

One time I chipped my tooth whilst biting my nails. The dentist
rebuilt the tooth (veneer?). I chipped the same tooth very soon after.
Got the tooth fixed again. This was getting expensive. I stopped
    biting after this point.
