It certainly made my night !
While the stunt you saw was high on the 'pratt' scale, and there are
many other instances of inappropriate use of the 'Swiss Ball/Exercise
Ball, we shouldn't overlook the fact that it is a very versatile
piece

overly well equipped.
I use them to do abdom crunches, reverse crunches, deep squats, hyper
extensions, reverse hyper extensions, horizontal press ups and
oblique

incorporates all the stabilisers, assists with balance and as an

floor.
I use dumbbells with most of the above exercises, as I did with my
abdoms and deep squats during my workout today. I can highly
recommend

Have a great weekend - I intend to!! ;o)
TFIF!!
The latest trend among personal trainers at my gym is to have their
clients do almost every exercise standing on one leg. I watched one
trainer working with someone who was a complete beginner and he had the
client do standing dumbbell press on 1 leg. The client was staggering
around like crazy gradually heading for the large mirrored wall in
front of them!
