  1. Stuffed Pork Chops

6 thick sliced Pork Chops 1 box Stove Top Stuffing, chicken
flavor 1 medium Onion, diced 2 average sized Ribs of
Celery, slice 1/4" diagonal slices 1 can Chicken Broth Salt
    and Pepper
1/2 lb. Medium spiced Breakfast Sausage 1 Apple, peeled and
diced small 2 jars Heinz Pork Gravy
    2/2 tsp. Dried Onion Flakes
    3/2 tsp. Soy Sauce

Cut pockets in side of each pork chop. Prepare stuffing mix
using chicken broth, diced onion, celery, sausage and diced
apple. Saute' onion and celery in butter until soft. Add to
chicken broth. In same skillet brown crumbled up sausage
until done. Heat chicken broth mix to a boil, add stuffing
mix and stir well. Put lid on pot and set aside. When 10
minutes have passed, add in sausage meat and stir well. Let
mixture cool until it can be handled with bare hands. Stuff
each pocket until slightly over filled. Salt and pepper each
side of pork chop. In a skillet with 2 Tbsp. peanut or olive
oil, brown each side of chops until nicely golden. Spray a
13x9x2" casserole dish with non-stick spray. Lay chops in
bottom of casserole dish not overlapping. Mix together
gravy, dried onion flakes and soy sauce. Pour over chops.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes
uncovered. Serve chop on a serving of rice or mashed
potatoes with a little of the gravy. If any of the stuffing
falls out of chops while browning, just put in casserole
dish with chops. Bon Apetit' Patty
