  1. Ingredients
    1 cup instant potato flakes
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. Tupperware's Zesty Pork and Poultry Seasoning
    1 box stuffing (any flavor)
    1 egg (well beaten)

    Directions
    1. Prepare boxed stuffing according to directions, omitting butter, in
    Base of Tupperware's Oval Microwave Cooker. While cooking, mix
    Seasoning into potato flakes. Pound chicken flat. Dip chicken in egg,
    then roll into potato flake mixture. Spoon stuffing into each piece of
    chicken. Roll up and place (seam side down) onto 11" x 17" baking sheet
    lined with Tupperware's Silicone Wonder™ Mat. Bake at 400° F for
    25-30 minutes.

    Side Dish Suggestions: Green beans, corn or sautéed vegetables.

    Recipe Variation: For Jazzy Chicken without stuffing, mix Seasoning
    into potato flake mixture. Place onto baking sheet lined with Silicon
    Wonder™ Mat. Bake at 375° F. for 25-30 minutes.
