    Hi, sorry if this issue has been discussed before, i couldnt find anything out to help me.

    I've got a Trek 5500 carbon frame with Millenium Itm seat post appear to have got stuck, and Ive been told in the past that the carbon seat post exapnds. can any1 help me in trying to move the seat post.

    could try to put some good lube on the post and frame. like triflow let it sit a day and see what happens. if and when u get it out use grease. carbon or not.
