Stronglight headset question

The needles ride against those steel faces, not the aluminum
( or in one model nylon ) cups.
There are four, two small and two large. The small one is
the lower and the larger one the upper in each assembly,
with the roller carrier between the two . If you have
everything clean and in front of you , notice they can only
fit together in that one orientation.
