Any recommendations for websites with good descriptions and photos of swimming storkes?
I'm a late learner to swimming and whilst my breaststroke is ok, it is of the variety in which you keep your head out of the water! I want to do the faster one in which the head is under water a lot of the time, but despite observing others do it I can't get the hang of it.
I'm sure I'm missing one little piece of the jigsaw - a fundamental principle ie conceptually that your basically underwater all the time and pop up for air (or not), or your arm pull should be pointing down or whatever.
