  1. All swimmers achieve their velocity from technique in distinctly
    different ways, and the differences are as unique as a fingerprint.
    Underwater video on websites like YouTube and measurement using
    digital video, have clearly demonstrated a conflict in commonly held
    stereotypes about swimming technique.

    Because of those differences, there an easy yet precise method to
    individualize and improve stroke technique. It takes only about 15
    minutes to test one stroke, and can be used everyday in practice and
    is especially helpful for those that have limited access to coaching.
