  1. For MTB XC riding, how strong are the "offset" (for lack
    of a better term) seatposts, that is, ones that have an extra
    tilt like the Thomson Layback, or even the S-shaped ones
    from Titec? I'm 185lbs and ride mostly XC, with no big
    jumps.
