    I see that RANS has the Stratus front racks on sale
    (http://www.shoprans.com/Racks.asp). I'm tempted to pick one up, but
    would like to hear from folks who've used RANS' rack, and if possible,
    which bags/panniers they used (with the rack).

    For longer rides, I think that some very small front panniers would
    improve handling over a seat-mounted bag.
