I've developed the strangest sore on my side, or what might
actually be termed an "underarm" but not really right on it.
More like underneath it outside the Realm of Hair, to use a
proper noun.
I've never seen anything like it. It's like this raised,
reddish "thing". It's not swollen. It just looks like it's
growing out of me or something. It's probably about 3/32 of
an inch long and looks very much like a kitten's nipple. The
area around it is a little pink, but not swollen at all.
I tried mashing it. There's no sensation in it at all. It's
just hanging out there in such a way that it's tempting to
snip it off with a pair of sterilized toenail clippers. It
doesn't itch and it's not sore to touch. It's perhaps
irritated by walking around and swinging my arms. There's no
hair growing out of the center or anything.
Sheesh. I can't stand looking at it. I snipped it off. I
almost cut a little too close and felt a little bite so I
moved out a little. It looks like it might have been some
kind of small bit of hardened pus or something from a sore
I never knew about or something, or perhaps a hair
follicle. But I don't know. It's bleeding a little, but I'm
going to watch it for the next few days to see if it tries
to grow back.
I don't have a history of moles or anything. I don't know of
any moles on my body anywhere, so I'm guessing it wasn't any
kind of developing cancer. It was just really weird.
The bleeding has stopped in the time I've taken to write
this, so that's good.
Oh, the only thing I'm really doing different in that area
is using Dr. Burt's Lavender Mint deodorant to get away from
regular aerosol deodorants containing aluminum, which
supposedly can lead to brain disorders later in life, like
Alzheimer's.
