Strained tricep

  1. I strained the tricep in my right arm about 6 months ago. Shy of laying off
    weights for a month, is there anything I can do. It seems fine until I do a
    seated fly or a shoulder press, or 20 other things. The problem is having to
    use the tricep in so many things. As a result it's really affecting my
    workouts. Any suggestions?

    So you hurt a muscle/tendon six months ago...and you didn't take time
    off to let it heal...and it's still hurting? Is this fairly accurate?
