These are not steep hills. No more than 10 percent grade. I just ran
them a little faster than normal and bang I have a sore quad.
Hopefully, it is not something that will linger. I was working my
lungs good but I didnt really think I was running very fast. Well, no
more running for awhile. Running is just a joke.

may not be something you are cut out for. Obviously, mental activity
is not something you are suited to either. The Lazy Boy and a stack of
old comics is your best hope.
