  1. I train for time trialing, I'm poor at sprinting, but love working hard during the race.

I get my best results when I work hard and wear the other riders down before the sprint.

I enjoy riding at 95% of my MHR, however I am having trouble with stitches. ORiginally I got stiches if I missed the meal previous to the race, I also get a stitch if I eat too close to the race, however I'm getting a stitch from continual 90-95% work at the moment. If someone helps me with some short turn I can push hard, however if I'm out by myself I will almost cretainatly get a stitch.

How can I train to ride at 95% constantly?
What causes an excertion stitch and how can I avoid them?

    Thanx in advance

Simple, you can train at 95% constantly if you can get rid of stitches. 🙂

Just Google the words "exercise" and "stitch" and you will get a plethora of varying theories.

Appears that science cannot offer a consistent answer.

I cannot find answers to why women can't read road maps or a quick telephone call for a female is a minimum of 30 minutes! Must be in the incomprehensible genetic programming.
