Stick with the Ultegra cassette?

In the next week or two I am going to switch from a 12-25 cassette to a 12-23 to gain the 16 tooth cog. A friend suggested I Pick up a Dura Ace (9speed) cassette vs the Ultegra I am currently running. When I looked at the price I was left wondering why such a large difference and is it worth it? I realize there is a weight savings of 40g or so, and if that is the only difference I'll stick with the Ultegra. Am I missing something else?

DA cassettes are titanium, which make for the higher price. Aside from a 40g weight reduction, there's nothing much between the two. With regard to wear, I read in a similar thread (Record vs. Chorus cassettes) that the Record (titanium) wore a lot quicker than the Chorus (steel). Should also be the same with DA vs. Ultegra.

generally the top 3 cogs on the da are ti, the others steel. and yes, the ti cogs wear faster. I use ultegra cassettes for training and da for racing.
