On both my road bikes I run a 120 stem. When on the top of the bars, if I look down I can't see the front hub. The bike feels very comfortable with this set up. What is the shortest stem you can really get away with? When buying a new bike should you pick out a frame with a top tube that lets you run a 110-120 stem ? I noticed most new bikes come with 110-120 stems. Just curious what length stem most people run on their road bikes. Thanks
