  1. Steel or Alloy for training frame?

  2. I know this is a very late response...but hopefully you will get it.

    😉

    For a TRAINING FRAME, I would recommend steel simply b/c for training rides you will most likely ride long and/or bumpy roads so the steel will make it feel smoother. PLUS it's heavier than alloy so when you get on your super light alloy, carbon etc frame - you will notice it is easier to move the bike.....

    Just food for thought!
