  1. Hi guys. I have a fifteen year old MTB that is showing some fatigue on the forks. I love the ride of this bike and wouldn't change a thing on it, so I need some steel 1" threade forks- can't find them anywhere. Any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance

  2. Here are few possibilites:

    aebike.comaebike.com

    firstflightbikes.comforksand.htm

    (has used and new forks)

    store.airbomb.comstore.airbomb.com

For each of these, just do a search for "tange fork" -- that seems to be the standard fork for MTB threaded. Most prices about $40 to $50.

  3. Thanks man- exactly what I was looking for...why are they so darn hard to find anymore?

  4. i have a set of red 1" threaded 4130 cromoly forks gathering dus in the house, yours if you want them...
