  1. This is an old Frugal Gourmet recipe that is always a hit as
    either the main course as an appetizer at bbq's. Don't
    remember the exact amounts but it's hard to get wrong.

    Unpeeled medium shrimp Dry Mustard (like Colemans) Thyme

    Put a layer of shrimp in a metal steamer basket (the mustard
    is difficult to clean off bamboo). Lightly sprinkle with the
    mustard. Sprinkle with a pinch of thyme. Repeat with a
    second layer if needed (don't do more than two layers).
    Place over boiling water, cover and steam 3 minutes. Stir
    the shrimp and steam another 3 or 4 minutes or until pink.

    Serve plain or with cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, etc.
