And involuntary ingestion of apparently non-biodegradeable
substances does not concern you?

I suggest that there may be as much (more?) reason to insist on the
biodegradeability of medicinal molecules as those of plastics and
other industrial products.
What does it say about the drugs? These molecules have survived not
only human metabolism, but also the digestion and filtration of
sewage plants, and natural organisms and other processes in the
soil, which normally break down molecules which are discarded by
animals.
What is their half-life? Are they accumulating? Why are you
unconcerned?

Non-obvious answers welcomed.

PS I personally go to great lengths to avoid taking drugs, and would
go even further to avoid taking yours.
