It's [censored]. First off, it's false advertising: that is NOT a "power
cage". A power cage has four uprights, thus making it a 'cage'. That
thing only has two. Buy a power rack (aka power cage) with a pullup bar
across the top and a flat bench (or flat incline bench) and a weight set
(you'd have to buy one anyway to use that thing you've linked to). The
thing you've linked to is unsafe for training alone with bench presses,
squats, or any similar barbell movements.
Cheers,
Ari

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my
neighbours from crime, and became the victim of it. Complications in
hospital following this resulted in a serious illness. I now need a bone
marrow transplant. Many people around the world are waiting for a marrow
transplant, too. Please volunteer to be a marrow donor:

It is a start.
When are they going to finish it?
There are all kinds of [censored] out there based on a minimum of metal and
feautures. And almost all are a waste of money and very potentially
hazardous to use. Don't buy [censored]. Get the real thing.

Assuming price is important.
If your squat is say under 225 lbs (100kg), I would say it's OK,
over that, NO. It appears you can do lat pulldowns or fix the
bar at the top. I don't like the pin hole spacing; should be
closer together. No way to do dips. I would remove the leg
extension and leg curl stuff and leave my legs to squats and
deads.
If price were no object, I would recommend something else.
I would try to look at the equipment somewhere. Maybe a local
fitness store has one. Make sure there are holes in the base so
it can be bolted to the floor. Get yourself a 140 kg barbell set
and the setup should last you awhile.
