Stage standings screwed up on Tour page?

Mengin gets the same time as the guys he was with at the
time he crashed. But he's still officially in 128th place for
the day. (Call it French Arithmetic.)

Placings are in the order the riders crossed the finish line.

Mengin crashed in the last 3k from the lead group (him, Vino, Bernucci)
hence gets Bernucci's winning finish time, as the fastest in that group.
Boonen was caught behind Mengin's crash while in the peloton; the sprinters
from the peloton finished +7 so he gets that time.
Zberg was off the back at the time of the crash hence doesn't benefit at all
from the 3k rule, he gets his actual finish time.
