It was a beautiful competition! It's shame that Simoni, Savoldelli, Di Luca, Cunego etc will not partecipate in Tour de France. In modern cycling it's impossible compete in two "grandes Tours" (Giro & Tour).
However I congratulate Di Luca! Ciao! Mario castor
PS The next important race is the Tour of Switzerland. You can play beautiful game about Tour of Switzerland (FREE ISCRIPTION) on web-site: www.fantacyclo.com (you just need to pronosticate one cyclist every stage!) Now this site is only in Italian, but soon it will be in English, French, Spanish & German! Very nice and amuse!
Savoldelli will be at the tour barring something unexpected. Of course he already knows it will be as a gregario for Vino. Kloden is the second option in fact. Astana should be a very strong team, they have also the proven Mazzoleni.

What a team that's going to be. Double Giro winner, Vuelta winner, double TdF podium, Giro podium.
Is Kascheshkin riding in the team as well? Even without him it's the strongest team I've ever seen (even stronger than Saunier this Giro).
For Giro stage 21 I'll go for Paolo Bettini to finally get things right, Pettachi second.
