I did LAGBRAU in 2005 [not recommended; see
http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/doc/lagbrau ]. Some of the other riders had
rented from Kong Davis of Desert Cyclery in St. George. I stored my bike
case there. So far as I know, everyone who dealt with Kong at the beginning
or end of the trip thought highly of him.

I mention this because of the possibility you might want to rent, and also
that Kong might have some local maps.

This is prime cycling season in south east Utah. A buddy of mine moved
there 2 years ago, loves it, especially the road riding - he's a former
triathlete turned roadie. Says the local road riding is very good with a
few groups going out - check at some of the cycling shops.
