Not using their software. You could, however, export the entire file as text, import it into Excel, cut out the part you wish to eliminate and fix up things like the time, distance, # of samples (in the header), etc., then reimport into SRMWin.
Or, you could open the file in WKO+, highlight the portion in question, hit control-X, and be done. 😄
