just a quick question. my bike has a wifli sram rear derailleur. got standard cranks. and an 11-25 cassette. now the question. if i replace my cassette with an 11-32, do i need to change the chain?

Yes.
SRAM 11-speed recommends wrapping the large-large combination and adding 2 links or 1 link+ power link/Master link. Add link length as required to compensate for the cage length difference between the standard derailleur's cage and the Wifli cage length.
SRAM 10-speed derailleur setup instructions shows only a large-large wrap, also with the overlap of 2 links. Adjust cage hang position per instructions.

FWIW. Depending on the length of the chain which is currently on the bike, I think that going from an 11-25 Cassette to an 11-32 Cassette may require an additional 8 "links" (that is, 4" of additional chain ... THE SAME CHAIN!!) ...
