Greetings.
I have read some previous threads, but my problem with the SRAM S7 is somewhat different. I hope it is simply an issue of adjustment. The hub constantly slips out of gear in every gear EXCEPT one and seven. I have checked the rod that slips into the hub, and it moves easily, with good lube. The hub is a 2010 model, and had probably 100 miles or so, not enough to imagine any kind of internal wear problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with the SRAM hub, if it helps I had a similar issue with a nexus 7 hub (slipping on the wrong gear, usually one up or down).
Basically the shifter wire is adjusted when you set the shifter on the 4th speed. Once the shifter is on the 4th speed you adjust the cable tension until the two lines on the display on the hub are aligned (there is a little transparent display part on the casing of the hub where two yellow dots move around) and then the hub is adjusted. Thanks for the suggestion. I will keep trying to tweak it. I have read a lot of reviews about this hub, and frustration seems to be common.
