The crank arm length is measured in millimeters from the center of the Bottom Bracket spindle (hole) to the center of the Pedal spindle (hole) -- e.g., 170 -- you can choose/get/use any crank which fits your budget & aesthetic sensibilities OR continue to use your old crank.

BTW. I can't speak to the FORCE cranks, specifically, but now that 'I' am replying, others (presumably, SRAM aficionados) will certainly provide you with specifics ...

My understanding is that the FORCE & RIVAL use the odd-ball GXP bottom bracket (25mm BB size on the drive side & 24mm on the non-drive side) -- an interesting idea -- whereas the RED uses 25mm (the Campagnolo Ultra Torque "standard"😉 bearing cups ... a better idea as far as marketing & readily available (i.e., convenient) long term serviceability (i.e., compatible parts availability).
