  1. Just wanted to see if there were any recomendations for shoes that are well suited to Crits and sprinting.
    My Sidi's are a bit soft and loosen up during the ride, but they do fit narrow feet and are comfortable on long rides...

    From my experience, Carnacs are suited for this. The leather uppers seem to stretch a little less, and they have a very stiff sole.

  3. Pearl izumi vapers. i bought a pair last yr and they are the best shoes i have ever owned. Sole is extraordinarily stiff and they have 3 straps for plenty of tightness when sprinting. i use mine on track and road.

  4. ride your shoes loose, then cinch them down before the sprint, that's why I ride with a buckle strap, easy to adjust on the fly.
