Somewhere in the nineties I've read a great book on Sprint Swimming. It was
written by a Canadian or US University Coach, and was full of great dryland
workouts and interesting theories on Sprint Swimming. Most things at that
time, seemed quite revolutional. Somewhere int he years I lost the book,
and cannot find it anywhere. Anybody any idea which book I mean ? Cause I
don't know anymore the titel or the author.
Thanks in advance from Belgium
