  1. I'm making my first attempt at making spring rolls.

They are marinating in Ponzu, a new ingredient for me.
I got lots of good ideas from the friendly folks on abf.
The bottle says "Perfect for grilling, dressing or dipping with
chicken, beef, pork, fish or salads.

The ingredients listed on the bottle are.
Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Citrus (Sudachi) Citric
    Acid, Salt, Natural Flavor.

Really, really good. Can't wait to see how these turn out.

Good luck, I ran off a recipe this week for spring rolls.

I wouldn't have thought to put snow peas in the mix though.
