Spoke length

if you're off by 0.8 mm you'll be fine. personally I've built wheels with spokes up to 2 mm too long and 1 mm too short with no problems (in all of them the spoke nipply was recessed and therefore not creating a "lump" under the rim strip). depends on your spoke calculator as well - if your ERD is a bit conservative or it rounds in particular ways etc.
