  1. Spinach and Cheese Squares

    1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon dry mustard 3 eggs 20 ounces
    frozen chopped spinach -- thawed, squeezed dry 1 cup milk 8 ounces mozzarella cheese -- shredded 1
    teaspoon salt 8 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded

    Place melted butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, milk, salt,
    baking powder and mustard. Mix well. Add spinach and cheeses, pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 30
    minutes. When set, cut into squares and serve.
