RAGAHIB FARQUHAR MUSTAPHA, 15
Fifteen year-old Ragahib Farquhar Mustapha, the World Spelling Bee Champion
was found dead last night. Mustapha was found hanging from a chandelier in
the Convocation Hall where only a few hours earlier he had been crowned the
2004 Champion. A noose had been tied together from several table-cloths. The
London Police were not ruling it a suicide until the Coroner's Office had
prepared their report.
However, Mustapha's father, Jaffir Farquhar blamed his son's death on
Lashone Dorsett, the teenage girlfriend who had accompanied Mustapha to the
Spelling Bee from Cleveland, Ohio where both families live. Condfidential
sources stated that early reports indicated that Mustapha committed suicide
last night after failing to engage in sexual activity with his girlfriend.
Lashone Dorsett was visibly upset at the lobby of the Royal Hilton Executive
Hotel, where she stated that she had deep feelings for the deceased, and was
heart-broken.
Sources claim that she reportedly told Investigators that she had initiated
sexual relations with Mustapha as a reward for Mustapha's Championship
Victory. However, the young Mustapha, a devout Muslim, was shamed due to his
inability to maintain an erection. What Ms. Dorsett had hoped to be a moment
when she could express her love for Mustapha became an incident of
humiliation when young Mustapha was only able to become erect after Ms.
Dorsett inserted her finger into his anus. This activity reportedly shamed
Mustapha even more, and he broke off the attempted sexual intercourse and
ran out of the fifteen year-old girl's hotel room. A few hours later he was
found dead. Funeral Arrangements are pending.
